Matt’s an Accredited Mindshop Facilitator and business architect with a focus on Business Intelligence. He loves technology and its potential impact on a business.

As a business owner for 20+ years, Matt has first-hand experience of the day-to-day challenges.

He’s heavily involved with implementing key strategies and KPIs and is passionate about driving businesses to greater profitability.


tony dunn

As an experienced facilitator and business mentor, Tony specialises in Lean training and implementation, and Lean Leadership. He is also accredited to deliver the 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team (Lencioni) assessment-based learning experience and is an Everything DiSC Facilitator.

He believes that, to achieve a successful workplace culture, employees need to be engaged and accountable.

She has benefited from seeing firsthand the struggles and challenges small businesses face and can relate to the everyday pressures on time and cash flow. As a coach, her clients find her friendly approach and real-world insights a powerful combination.

An experienced Chairman and Non-Executive Director, James is the principal of Vantage Strategy, a consultancy that works with a range of organisations helping them clarify their strategy and implement change so they can grow. James works with boards and management teams, facilitating planning & strategy workshops, assisting businesses to identify growth initiatives, and mentoring & coaching leaders. His objective is to deliver practical outcomes that achieve real results.
